Fulfillment Policy
Thank you for shopping at KSR Amplification! We are committed to providing you with a smooth and efficient order fulfillment process. Please read our policy carefully to understand our procedures for order processing, shipping, returns, and refunds.
- Order Processing and Lead Time
- Once your order is placed, it will usually be processed within 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). This processing time allows us to verify your order, prepare your items for shipment, and ensure quality control. For customized items, full-size amps, speaker cabinets, etc., please note it may take up to 3-4 months to complete your build. Most cabinets will ship within 1-2 weeks, with speakers being the usual driver of delay.
- Lead Time: The total time it takes for you to receive your order is the processing time plus the shipping time. The estimated lead time for your order can be provided by contacting us. Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances, such as parts availability and workforce health.
- You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active on the shipping carrier’s website.
- Shipping
- We currently offer shipping nearly worldwide. If you live in a remote area or a country with difficult import customs, please contact us prior to placing your order.
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, the shipping destination, and the selected shipping method. You can view the shipping costs at checkout before completing your purchase.
- We offer the following shipping methods: FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, and Local Pickup from our Middletown, Ohio facility. In some cases, we can also offer pickup from our remote Indianapolis, Indiana office.
- Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Additional fees may also be applicable for address changes or corrections.
- For international orders, please be aware that you may be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in our shipping fees.
- Returns
- We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
- The following items are not eligible for return unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival: Custom builds, Custom colors, Amplifier mods, Non-shipping related damage. These items may be returned with a restocking fee that is to be determined based on the product and extent of customization.
- To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at support@ksramps.com or (513) 480-AMPS (2677) with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item(s).
- Securely package the item(s) you are returning, including the original packaging and all accessories. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package to the return address provided in our instructions. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged item upon arrival). We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.
- Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 business days.
- Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately (within 2 days of receiving your order) at support@ksramps.com or (513) 480-AMPS (2677) with your order number and photos of the damage or defect.
- We will work with you to arrange for a replacement, exchange, or refund, including covering the return shipping costs for damaged or defective items.
- Order Cancellation
- You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided that it has not already been processed and shipped. Please contact us immediately at support@ksramps.com to request a cancellation.
- Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case, you will need to follow our return policy once you receive the order.
